Tony Dill, President

Tony Dill is the President and Founder of Human Resource
Partnerships, Inc. and brings over 20 years of human resources expertise to his
role with Human Resource Partnerships, enabling him to provide clients with
innovative human resource services that assist them in realizing their full HR
capabilities, thus enabling them to achieving the greatest impact for their
customers and employees. He has extensive experience in recruitment and staff,
staff training and development, employee relations, compensation and benefit
administration, policy and procedure development, health and safety,
organizational design and regulatory compliance.
Tony has held a number of human resource leadership roles
within the private and public sectors, most recently the Director of Human
Resources for the Indianapolis Marion Public Library. In addition, he has
worked for Nabisco, Inc., Scherer Industrial Group, Inc., Noble of Indiana,
Inc., and Carey Services, Inc. His key accomplishments include the development
and implementation of management training programs; pay for performance review
systems; sales compensation plans; job evaluation plans; organizational market
salary and benefit reviews; pay structure designs; and benefit plan designs
including health, dental, retirement, life, short term and long-term disability
plans. In addition, he has successfully facilitated the human resources portion
of licensure, accreditation, and certification for CARF and ISO 9002 (Quality
Standards).
Tony holds a Masters of Science in Education from Indiana University. |
Sherry Russell, Vice President

Sherry comes to HR Partnerships with 15 years of customer
service experience. She has served in this capacity with such firms as American
Hospital Supply, Graphic Controls and The Iowa Clinic. She is also an AFLAC
associate and her attention to detail assures that our customers needs are
met. She is very knowledgeable about our products and the services we provide
and works hard to offer our clients the information and tools they need to best
utilize our services.
